Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your J the App account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting us.

Delete from the App

1. Open the app and log in to your account.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete via Email

You can also request account deletion by sending an email to hello@jtheapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
• Your posts, comments, and reactions
• Your subscription and purchase history
• Your notification preferences and device tokens

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
