Appeal on Low Tax Effect dismissed

The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Kolkata Bench, dismissed three appeals filed by the Revenue against ArissanInfrastructures Private Limited for Assessment Years 2013-14, 2015-16 and 2017-18. 

The Tribunal held that the appeals were not maintainable as the tax effect was below the monetary threshold prescribed under CBDT Instruction No. 9 of 2024.
