AR must follow the class not his own judgement

IBBI's Disciplinary Committee found that Deepak Kumar Goyal, acting as Authorised Representative for homebuyers, had committed two independent violations. 

He did not maintain formal records and minutes of his meetings with the class of creditors, despite Regulation 16A(10) expressly requiring him to do so. He also concurred, on behalf of homebuyers holding 91% of the CoC voting share, to an extension of the deadline for revised resolution plans without first obtaining their instructions. IBBI held that an AR cannot decide for himself whether a matter is merely procedural.
