Bombay HC Directs Fresh Consideration of Reopening Objections

In a significant ruling on reassessment proceedings, the Bombay High Court held that where material relevant to the validity of reopening is placed before the Assessing Officer before completion of reassessment, the same deserves consideration while deciding the taxpayer's objections.
