Bombay HC says Portal Placement Must Enable Effective Service of GST Notices

In Abracadabra India, the Bombay High Court held that the taxpayer could not be faulted for missing notices that were not placed in the designated “View Notices and Orders” section of the GST portal. Following T.S. Lines India, it set aside the impugned order and restored the proceedings for fresh consideration, while leaving limitation open.
