Bombay HC upholds rejection of trust registration

The Bombay High Court, held that the Assistant Charity Commissioner and the Joint Charity Commissioner had rightly concluded that the proposed trust's objects were predominantly professional rather than charitable and that its proposed name, "NGO Management Trust", was capable of conveying an impression of governmental patronage or statutory authority.
