Delhi HC Applies Luxmi Traders to Portal-Served GST Notices

The Delhi High Court disposed of two writ petitions challenging GST proceedings where notices and orders had been served only through the common portal. 

Where the show cause notice was merely uploaded on the portal and no reply had been filed, the ex parte demand order was liable to be set aside and the proceedings restored to the stage of issuance of the show cause notice.
