Delhi HC says Different GST Subject Matters Permit Parallel Proceedings

Star Traders faced one proceeding concerning ITC reconciliation and another based on search material alleging invoice-only transactions and wrongful ITC availment and passing. The Court held that the subject matters were different, Section 6(2)(b) was not attracted, and relegated the taxpayer to the statutory appeal.
