Delhi HC says Factual GST Disputes Must Ordinarily Go Through Appeal

RPP Infra Projects challenged a common DGGI adjudication order on grounds including non-consideration of its reply, lack of jurisdiction and reliance on Circular No. 171/03/2022-GST. The High Court rejected the writ challenge on the issues requiring factual examination, while deciding the jurisdictional objections against the taxpayer and leaving the merits open for appeal.
