DGFT Public Notice No. 30/2026-27 dated 14 September 2026 extends the surrender timeline prescribed under its earlier Public Notice No. 27/2026-27. TRQ holders may surrender unutilised raw sugar allocation up to 30 September 2026 by paying an amount equivalent to 0.5% of the CIF value of the surrendered quantity.
