The Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), New Delhi, held that the issue was already concluded by its earlier decisions in the appellant's own case and reaffirmed that the goods are classifiable under CTH 8708 94 00 as parts of steering systems and not under Chapters 85 or 90.
