GST Relocation Reconsideration Ordered

The Karnataka High Court partly allowed a writ petition challenging cancellation of GST registration and rejection of an application for revocation. 

The Court held that the revocation application had been rejected without proper consideration of the taxpayer's explanations and supporting documents. 

While refraining from interfering directly with the cancellation order, the Court set aside the revocation rejection order and directed fresh consideration after granting a personal hearing.
