GST Revocation Relief

The Uttarakhand High Court has permitted a taxpayer whose GST registration was cancelled for non-filing of returns to apply afresh for revocation of cancellation after clearing outstanding tax dues. The Court directed the authorities to consider such application expeditiously in accordance with law upon verification of tax payments and compliance with return filing requirements.
