Himachal HC says writ is not the answer for delayed GST Refund Interest.

Paramount Agrotech Food was entitled to a refund of ₹7.77 lakh pursuant to an appellate order dated 21 November 2025 and also sought interest, claiming that the delay extended back to 2023. The High Court declined to decide the interest claim directly and directed the petitioner to approach the appropriate statutory authority, which must decide the application within 60 days after following natural justice.
