HP HC follows Armour Security on parallel proceedings

The Himachal Pradesh High Court disposed of a writ petition challenging multiple GST show cause notices by directing the taxpayer to file comprehensive replies before both the Central and State authorities. 

The Court further directed the authorities to apply the Supreme Court's decision in Armour Security to determine whether only one authority should continue the proceedings.
