IBC says account reconciliation is not a dispute

The Tribunal held that where contemporaneous communications repeatedly acknowledge outstanding dues and discuss their payment, a later assertion of reconciliation, pricing differences or adjustment cannot defeat a Section 9 application. A genuine pre-existing dispute must exist before the Section 8 demand notice.
