India Tax Alert – Indirect Tax | Foreign Trade Policy DGFT Extends Validity of Ad-hoc Norms till2028

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has extended the validity of ad-hoc norms ratified by the Norms Committee under Para 4.07 of HBP 2023 till March 31, 2028. The amendment applies to norms ratified on or after April 1, 2015 and is intended to ensure continuity, predictability, and reduced transaction costs for exporters operating under the Advance Authorisation Scheme.
