Irrevocability clause in a trust deed

The Delhi Bench of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal held that registration under Section 12AB cannot be denied merely because the trust deed does not expressly contain an irrevocability clause. 

Following the Bombay High Court's ruling in The Chamber of Tax Consultants, the Tribunal set aside the rejection order and remanded the matter for a fresh examination of other statutory conditions.
