ITAT says Business Setup Is Enough to Allow Revenue Expenditure

Pochiraju Industries had claimed ₹10.70 crore of expenditure relating to its Bio-Pharma division. ITAT found contemporaneous evidence in the company's Annual Report that the first phase of the unit had been fully implemented and production had started, and held that subsequent SARFAESI proceedings could not retrospectively change that position.
