Karnataka HC says Internal Comparables Take Priority in Transfer Pricing

Sami Sabinsa had comparable transactions with both AEs and non-AEs and furnished segmental financials supported by invoice-level data and audited books. The High Court held that internal comparables should be preferred where available and found no basis to interfere with ITAT's factual acceptance of the segmental analysis.
