Karnataka HC says Turnover Is a Relevant Filter in Transfer Pricing Comparability

The Court held that turnover is a relevant factor in identifying comparable companies because significant differences in size can affect pricing. It also accepted that a software product company cannot be treated as comparable to a captive software development service provider merely because it satisfies other quantitative filters.
