Kerala HC says Transitional Credit cannot be excluded from GST Refund

AVT McCormick claimed refund of transitional SGST credit carried forward from the VAT regime. 

The High Court accepted that eligible transitional credit forms part of the opening GST credit from 1 July 2017, but denied the refund because the taxpayer could not produce evidence establishing that the disputed credit was available on that date.
