Kerala RERA gets tax exemption

The CBDT has granted tax exemption to the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority in respect of specified income, subject to prescribed conditions.
Separate notifications have been issued under the Income-tax Act, 2025 and, for earlier assessment years, under Section 10(46) of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
