NCLAT says Unchallenged Tribunal Orders Must Be Complied With

NCLAT dismissed the appeal against directions requiring disclosure and identification of company machinery, holding that the impugned order merely implemented earlier orders dated 4 June and 7 July 2026, both of which had remained unchallenged. A subsisting judicial order must be complied with unless it is challenged through appropriate proceedings.
