NCLT Says CoC Can Recommend a Fresh Liquidator Before Liquidation

The CIRP received two resolution plans, both of which were rejected by the sole CoC member holding 100% voting share. The CoC thereafter resolved under Section 33(2) to liquidate the Corporate Debtor and subsequently recommended Mr. Golla Ramakantha Rao as Liquidator, whose appointment was approved by the NCLT.
