No extrapolation without Evidence

The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi Bench, held that an addition under Section 69 cannot be artificially inflated by multiplying figures appearing in a seized Excel sheet without any corroborative evidence. 

The Tribunal restricted the addition to the actual amount reflected in the seized document and deleted the balance addition.
