On Transfer Pricing Karnataka High Court Upholds Exclusion of Infosys Comparables

The Karnataka High Court held that the exclusion of comparables and the grant of working capital adjustment are fact-driven exercises governed by the statutory transfer pricing framework. Finding no demonstrated perversity in the ITAT’s conclusions, it answered the substantial questions of law in favour of Goldman Sachs Services and dismissed the Revenue’s appeal for AY 2014–15.
