Pre packaged IRP Plan approved

The NCLT, Mumbai Bench, by its order dated 10 July 2026, approved the Resolution Plan of SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited under the Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP). The Tribunal held that the plan was commercially viable, complied with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and provided a sustainable roadmap for revival of the Corporate Debtor.
