Primacy of Alternate Remedies

The Court disposed of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the appellate order before the appropriate forum under Section 112 of the CGST Act. 

While serious allegations of violation of natural justice were raised, the Court refrained from exercising writ jurisdiction, emphasizing that statutory appellate mechanisms must ordinarily be exhausted.
