Rental Charges for swiping machines amounts to transfer of right to use

The Court held that separately identified EDCT machines installed at merchant establishments and made available for their use constituted transfer of the right to use goods under Article 366(29A)(d) and Section 2(29)(d) of the KVAT Act. Retention of ownership or supervisory control by the Bank did not alter the character of the transaction.
