Revocation beyond Limitation of GST Registration

The Court permitted the taxpayer to seek revocation of a GST registration cancelled in 2023 despite expiry of the statutory period. Considering the taxpayer's willingness to discharge all dues and revive the business, the Court directed the authority to accept the revocation application, consider it on merits and restore registration if the application is allowed.
