Supreme Court Declines to Interfere in Laqshya Media Tax Case

The Supreme Court, on 30 September 2026, condoned the Revenue's delay but declined to interfere with the Bombay High Court's judgment dated 23 March 2026. The SLP was accordingly dismissed, bringing the Supreme Court proceedings to an end without the Court examining the underlying merits in its order.
