Timelines of an Anti-Dumping Investigation

DGTR has launched an anti-dumping probe into medical examination rubber gloves from Malaysia & Thailand — Notification AD (OI)-38/2025. This forms part III of the V part of series of Anti-Dumping duties narrative by J the App by JustIDT. The note examines as to how the core investigations commence, the basis for the same and what happens over the timelines and the impact thereof. To make the understanding of how the ADD timelines work, the examination by DGTR into import of medical examination gloves which has been initiated very recently is taken as a case study for this paper.
