Voluntary CIRP admitted

The NCLT, Mumbai Bench, by its order dated 9 July 2026, admitted the Section 10 application filed by Influx AgrotechPrivate Limited and commenced the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The Tribunal held that the company had demonstrated a debt default exceeding the statutory threshold and that the application fulfilled all procedural requirements under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
