Writ Remedy exceptional for PMLA attachment

The Delhi High Court held that a challenge to a Provisional Attachment Order under Section 5 of the PMLA should ordinarily be pursued through the statutory mechanism under the Act. Writ jurisdiction may nevertheless be exercised in exceptional cases involving manifest lack of jurisdiction, patent arbitrariness or mala fide exercise of power.
